Reapply the sunscreen throughout the day

All sunscreens protect you skin from UVB rays, but they don’t do UVA rays, which is what contributes to things like skin cancer and premature aging. UVB protects against sunburns and rashes.
Use a SPF 50 or higher
If you know you’re going to be out in the sun all day, it’s best that you get a SPF of 50 or higher to have maximum protection.
